Can I  send my donation for a specific child?

We will be happy to assign a child for you if you want to sponsor one. You may also request a specific gender and

we will do our best to assign that child to you.

Helping Hands With Love, Inc. will send you a thank you letter acknowledging your donation by email.

 

Can I send gifts to my child in addition to my support?

Yes.  Keep in mind that the postal service is very poor in Haiti. The easiest gift to send is money since funds can be transferred to your child within hours.

Can I write to my child?

Yes. Send letters to your child to our email, helpinghandswithlov@gmail.com and your letter will be shared with your child. 

 

Can I adopt a child?

Helping Hands With Love, Inc. is not an adoption agency. We recommend you contact an adoption agency for more information about adopting from Haiti.

How much of my donation actually goes to missions?

Ninety percent goes towards the missions and 10% covers Helping Hands With Love, Inc. operational costs.

Upon request, we will be more than happy to send a letter identifying the item donated or the amount received in order for you to file with the  IRS to receive credit for your gift.
