In November 2012, the Helping Hands with Love staff visited St-Louis du Nord, Haiti. It rained all weekend. The road trip was difficult, but everyone arrived it safely. Because of flooding, most of the children did not come to school and only a few people attended church. However, it was great to witness the community's determination. Overall the visit was worthwhile and fun. The staff prayed with the young learners and church members, discussed future plans with the school and church personnel, and distributed candy and toys to the children.

In 2013, Helping Hands with Love, Inc., with the contributions of donors like you, found a safer building to house the school and the church.
